"I ran into an issue and thought it..."
I ran into an issue and thought it was going to turn into one of those long, frustrating customer service situations. But I reached out, explained what was going on, and they jumped on it right away. Before I knew it, the problem was fixed and I could get back to what I was doing. Super quick and painless experience.

"Wish I’d bought these sooner"
I’ve had my PF Flyers for a while now, i kind of regret not getting them earlier. I’ve worn them on daily walks, through rain, and just regular everyday use, and they’re still holding up really well. They still look good, and the soles aren’t coming apart like some other shoes I’ve owned. Happy with them overall.

"Super easy to order"
I found my size right away and checkout was so easy it was ridiculous. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

"Colors were actually spot on"
I ordered a pair from PF Flyers, the navy ones, and I was kind of expecting the color to be a little different in person because that happens all the time with shoes, but nope, they looked just like the photos. Not weirdly darker, not brighter, just the same navy I thought I was getting.

I’m probably more picky about shoe colors than I need to be, but it bugs me when online photos are off, so this was a nice surprise. Made the whole order feel easy, like okay, good, no guessing game. Definitely 5 stars from me

"I wore my PF Flyers all weekend..."
I wore my PF Flyers all weekend and the grip on the soles was really good. I didn’t slip on wet sidewalks or slick floors, so I’m happy with them so far

"The shoes do look decent, I’ll give..."
The shoes do look decent, I’ll give them that — from a distance they seem more expensive than they feel. But once I actually wore them, they were average, especially for the price. I was expecting better quality and ended up a little disappointed

"Really wish they came in wider sizes"
I like them overall, but the width options are limited. I just wish they had a few wider sizes because these feel a bit too snug for me.

"Comfortable from the first wear"
I ordered a pair from PF Flyers and was surprised by how good they felt right away. I wore them for a full day the first time, and my feet didn’t start hurting, which almost never happens for me with new shoes. The cushioning inside is soft without making the shoes feel bulky or weird. Shipping was smooth too, nothing to complain about there. Overall, I’d say they’re a solid buy if comfort is what you’re after

"Really clean-looking shoes"
The design is just really clean, and the shoes look great overall. Kind of simple but in a good way, you know? They just have that nice, put-together look

"Finally found sneakers with real arch support"
I got a pair from pfflyers.com my feet have been feeling so much better. The arch support is actually noticeable, which is a nice change from a lot of sneakers that feel totally flat. I wore them around all day and didn’t end up with sore arches afterward. So far, I’m happy with them

"Super comfy to walk on"
The cushioning feels really nice underfoot, honestly. It’s soft without feeling too squishy — which is always a bonus, and it makes walking around a lot more comfortable.

"Glad They Had My Size"
I was in a bit of a rush, but luckily they had the pair I wanted in my size. Found them quickly and didn’t have any issues.

"Good shoes, but getting them felt like work"
I ordered a pair from pfflyers.com the quality is really solid. The canvas is thick without feeling stiff, and the rubber actually feels decent, not cheap or flimsy. I’ve been wearing them a bunch and they still look fresh. My only gripe is that getting everything sorted felt like more effort than it should’ve, but the shoes themselves turned out better than I expected.

"Shoes arrived faster than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from pfflyers.com: my shoes got here way faster than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, too, which made it less of a guessing game. Overall, smooth experience and I’m happy with how quickly everything went.

"The return/exchange process could definitely be easier. I..."
The return/exchange process could definitely be easier. I was just trying to swap one item out, and it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. Not a huge disaster or anything, but I kept checking my email while making coffee and wondering what was going on. Would be nice if the updates were a bit clearer and faster.

"Usual Size Worked Just Fine"
I ordered the size I normally wear, they fit how you’d expect if you stick with your regular size. No odd tight areas or anything like that, and they were comfortable pretty much right out of the box.
